"Jimmy and his team did a fantastic job on our flat roof replacement and repair. He responded to my initial Home Advisor request very quickly, did a walkthrough within a couple days, and presented various repair options at different price-points. We hired him, and he and his team finished the job in just 1 day, which included replacing half of the roof entirely (down to the plywood), sealing and painting the other half, and replacing gutters! After Jimmy was finished, he asked us to take a look and make sure it was perfect. Only when it was perfect did we have to pay him (no deposit!). During our walk through, I noticed roof paint was dripping down the newly replaced white flashing around the perimeter of the housed. Jimmy sent his team out immediately to fix it. Brick work looks great, Roofers told us the leaks and water we saw on our attic ceiling was caused by the missing and loose mortar on the chimney. Fixed & Fair explained what was needed and why, written contract signed they came back on schedule, we also had our chimney liner replaced which had been recommended by roofer as well. "I had a small leak in my 15 year old roof, and Aurel gave a very thorough inspection of my entire roof and chimney, and showed me pictures of what he saw. When I bought the house 5 years ago, the home inspector wasn't able to go onto the roof because of snow, so I appreciated the detailed inspection. In addition to the problem area, he also identified improperly installed vent covers and several areas with nail and screw holes. The chimney was not really on my radar as a problem area, but he noticed that the chimney liner was misaligned (which is a safety issue), and the brick needed to be repointed. For a reasonable price he fixed all the issues with my roof, installed a new chimney liner and repointed the brick on the chimney. Very professional, and highly recommended!"
