Fixed &Fair construction did a great job. I am very please and recommending them to everyone who is need a new roof or overhaul to their exterior. I highly recommend them

Fixed and Fair was supposed to fill in an area that had gravel with a brick pattern that went from wall to wall. Half of it was done correctly, but the second half looks terrible. Instead of bringing the brick to the front wall, they stopped the brick in the middle and covered the remaining area with an large, uneven swath of cement. The brick also did not go around the pole, but a slope of cement and a wrong color brick were left to finish the walkway. In addition, the repair brick work of the broken steps was incredibly sloppy, which they blamed on the rain. They did not know how to dye wet cement or tint dry cement, so the bright white cement on all of the repairs actually glows in the dark. They left in a hurry on the first day dropping, all of the debris on top of my three flower beds and blamed the wisteria leaves six feet above for dropping all of the soil on my hostas. They did come back to remove the debris and did come back begrudgingly to fix some of the cemented bricks, which were patched haphazardly. Some of the money was to fix the depressions in the existing patio, which were not addressed. The whole project looks terrible and I will need someone come in to fix it.

Was very nice and professional. Was a miss communication on what exactly he was going to do exactly, thought they were going to replace the flashing as well but only cleaned it up and resealed it. They were not clear on exactly what they were going to do on initial quote. Not upset with service but a lil unhappy with price as they were here for only an hr an all that was done was debris removal and and replacing of a small section of asphalt shingle and resealing of existing flashing. When quoted he never said if it was for a resealing or a new flashing so that was very misleading. So to sum it up guess my biggest disappointment is the lack of transparency and thoroughness in explanation of what was going to be done. Definitely over priced for what lil was done in my opinion. Will write a secondary if leak persists
