Akil responded quickly and diagnosed a solution. He returned the next day with the materials to replace the vent pipe boot. And came back to inspect his work a few days later after some heavy rain.

I hired Akil to clean my Chimney, instead he defrauded me to claim my chimney was defective and sell me on an unnecessary replacement. This man is a charlatan and not to be trusted with any repair for your home of any kind, most especially your chimney. Water infiltrated the chimney, causing damage to our living room and garage. We hired a chimney expert. The Chimney was hollow and not properly reinforced structurally as required. Airplane bottle of booze and beer bottles were found inside the chimney and garbage from the lunches. The flashing was done incorrectly. The brick used were not correct for a chimney. The cap wasn?t properly pitched or thick enough and a few bricks were even laid out of place. That plus the damage they inflicted on the blue stone walkway we had just installed, splattered cement all over my house and water damage was done that needed to be repaired and replaced and treated for mold . I cannot recommend anyone else have to suffer the incompetence and cost

My pro observed a hole on my roof where a pest had been getting into my attic. He closed the hole and reinforced it so that the animal could not get back inside. He explained how he would do the work over the phone and immediately began the repair once he arrived. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable of what was needed for the job.
