My experience was wonderful. This is a family owned company, they do great work and are honest, which is not the case with many other contractors that provide estimates. We had a problem with the chimney. Eric came to the home to do an inspection and took a personal interest and provided a fair honest estimate. He didn't try to sell us something that wasn't needed. We arranged the appointment with his brother, in the office and the workmen that came were respectful and took pride in their work. I have no reservations in highly recommending this company. Over all the project for replacement of asphalt shingles on entire roof was done very well . Eric is a person who responsible from estimate, start the process and finish the process. You can reach him when ever you need to any answer for your questions. Estimate was fairly good compared to other 5 estimates. Job was done accurately and professionally. If Eric is unable to be on property he always appointed a supervisor from his staff. If I need to hire this company again I defenetly would do it. One suggestion to potential clients: please to avoid any misunderstanding put everything on the paper, any details write down to contract. They do great work and provide Outstanding customer service! My husband and I have used them for both our home and investment properties and have always been completely satisfied with their work. They are the only company we've used that was able to take care of leaks on flat roofs and around fireplace chimneys. We rely on them to take care of our roofing needs and trust them to do so at reasonable prices. We highly recommend their services!

Excellent, I was very pleased with Expert Chimeny and roofing from my first meeting with Eric and my introduction to the work team. It was a two day job that was completed cleanly and efficiently. Eric had control of all aspects of the removal to complete installation. The clean up was was done to perfection and my complete satisfaction. I would recommend Expert Chimeny and roofing to any home owner needing a new roof.

I needed some for a second opinion and it needed to be done in a timely manner, Expert Chimeny and roofing went above and beyond helping me and was able to meet all my needs with a couple days. Best Roofing did an excellent job. From the beginning with our estimate, our project manager, provided excellent customer service. He knew the products and the process very well and was able to answer all our questions. He was timely with providing the estimate and promptly scheduled the project when we decided on Expert Chimeny and roofing. The guys on the crew were very hard workers, and the Jack continuously monitored the progress and kept us informed of the status and expected completion. never leave reviews but I was just very impressed with Expert Chimneyand roofing . We are selling our house and the buyer had a thorough chimney inspection done. However, their estimate seemed extraordinarily high so we wanted to get a second opinion. I was able to book very quickly and easily with Expert Chimney and roofing and actually they had called me once they had a cancellation and was able to book me sooner for an estimate. They came on time and weà ¢à  à  re very professional. He kindly took off his boots inside our house without being prompted to do so. Ità ¢à  à  s the little things. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a simple, straightforward way. He gave us an honest estimate and was able to provide us with a report by the next morning.
