"From the initial quote to the finished job, Bill and his crew did fantastic work. They replaced old flashing, and repaired damaged plywood and brick at the base of the chimney. They were prompt, professional and attended to every detail. Bill informed me of damage discovered after the shingles were removed and he and the crew repaired it thoroughly and matched the shingles perfectly. On a very hot day, they even took the time to clean out my gutters and remove some branches and other debris from the roof. Brick work looks great, Roofers told us the leaks and water we saw on our attic ceiling was caused by the missing and loose mortar on the chimney. Fixed & Fair explained what was needed and why, written contract signed they came back on schedule, we also had our chimney liner replaced which had been recommended by roofer as well. Very happy with professional work by Fixed and Fair. Respectful of property, cleaned up after work was completed, they were very thorough."

"After consulting with Eric I agreed to have Royal Pro Construction do repair work on my front porch. Eric and I agreed upon a date/time and a reasonable price. When work began, it was determined that the supporting blocks were deteriorating and work activity stopped to determine a plan of action. Eric and I discussed the situation and it was agreed that a new porch needed to be constructed. After a fair price was accepted, the work started immediately. The workmanship of Eric's brother, Val, along with his helper, is of the highest quality. Time was taken to match the bricks on the existing façade and the existing iron railings were put back into place - saving some expense. After finishing the job, the grounds were cleaned and all debris was picked up and taken away. Val even further and checked the foundation on the house and noted that blocks were visible and he recommended that a supporting layer of cement be applied to the foundation. After agreeing to this work, the job was completed the very next day and, again, the area was cleaned and left without any debris. I would hire and recommend Royal Pro Construction again."

"installed steel chimney liner inside brick chimney. they came in on short notice, got it done in approx. 4 hours. they had to connect gas water heater and new gas heat conversion to the liner in the basement. they made the openings in the basement chimney larger and then added more brick and mortar to finish the job. FYI, my roof is pretty high and steep, it was a walk in the park for them. Price was very reasonable, I highly recommend them. thank you Mike and Tony !"
