"I have two chimneys. I like contractors with no interest promotions that are able to finance without interests. This allows you to pay for service without interest before the promotion ends. So, you only pay the principal and no interest. You get wiggle room to pay at a rate you decide is comfortable for you.This is one of those companies. Also I like life time warranties on the service. This company has that too. I like contractors, who teach me and give me tips to maintain my home in a more cost effective way. This company does that. I used to buy logs to clean creosote from my fireplace. I learned it it safer to have chimney cleaned every 2yrs to prevent fires. Those logs don't clean at the level needed to get rid of all the creosote build up. I learned I had a 5ft bird nest in one if my chimneys,which was removed. I learned that one of my chimneyd was a death trap style chimney. A chimney that has space for animals to crawl in,make a nest and die from smoke inhalation in my chimney. I got a chimney cap to prevent that from happening. I also got the flashings fixed, chimney resealed to prevent water leakage into the house when it rains. The last wind storm almost tore off my other chimney.Also chimney cap has a spark preventer. So when burning ambers float up chimney the cap prevents ambers from getting on my roof and starting fires that could have burned down my house. Jacob taught me alot.I like when contractors are honest about what is needed and what is not. I like contractors who can repair and have the knowledge to repair instead of having to replace. Replace means more expense. I understand sometimes replace is the only option. However, replacement should not always be the answer. I like a contractor that can think on his/her feet not read out of a text book. I have found that issues are rarely ever text book. That describes the contractor I like to maintain my home. "I wish I could give this company ten stars. I feel unbelievably lucky that I came across them. They are professional, fast, efficient, and definitely know what they are doing. During a severe storm, on the night of March 2nd, 2023, the chimney of my house was badly damaged by winds of over 70 mph. The chimney cap and its housing structure were ripped right off the top of the chimney and thrown 50 yards into a neighbor's back yard. My immediate concern was to somehow cover the massive opening that left the inside the of chimney and the fireplace exposed to the outside elements. I contacted a different company first. They inspected the damage, gave me a quote, and charged me $400 dollars to placed a tarp over the opening. I was planning on using them to repair the structure, but the tarp the technician placed over the opening came off that very night and I lost confidence in them. I was desperate to get the opening covered and put an estimate request online. I was contacted by Eco Green Home Services who sent out David, one of their technicians, that very day. David inspected the damage and explained everything they would do to repair the chimney; he also assured me that the tarp he put up would stay in place. After talking to him, I felt very confident that the job would be done right and gave them the job. They did everything he said they would. Brick masons came out a couple days later and replaced the damaged and missing bricks at the top of the chimney. They had to remanufacture a new chimney cap structure because the original one was destroyed. David said it would take about three weeks and that is exactly how long it took. Surprisingly, the tarp David put up stayed in place through that very windy month of March. On April 2nd, they replaced the cap and structure and everything looks good as new. I am thrilled and cannot say enough good things about this company. They have my highest recommendation."

They took the time to make the cuts on the bricks at the top to match the roof making the fireplace look fully finished and very beautiful! I would recommend them to anyone needing work done. "Finally, for the 2nd time, after 16 years, which is a doggone shame, I found contractors who actually did what they said they were going to do, which is a miracle because many homeowners have been Tortured like I have and they know that dealing with certain types of contractors can be an absolute nightmare! In 2003 I hired contractors to remove the hedges and concrete walkway from the entrance of my home and replace it with a pea gravel entrance. That year was the first time I had a good experience with contractors who actually showed up when they said they would, did a great job, did not try to milk me and did not cause me a lot of stress and mental anguish. Since then I have Never had a good experience with contractors, only the usual nightmares we hear about. Fortunately, in January 2019 when I hired Brick Restoration, I finally had another good experience with contractors who actually showed up when they said they would, did an Awesome job, did not try to milk me and did not cause me a lot of stress and mental anguish. The workers who did such as Awesome job were Felipe and Christian, they showed up in the mornings between 9:00 am and 9:30 am, they worked very hard until they took lunch between 1:00 pm and 1:30 pm. They returned from lunch timely which was shocking since I am not used to that from contractors, then they worked very hard until around 5:45 pm. They did this schedule consistently, which was amazing to me because since 2003 I have always had to be stressed out with contractors as I played the Hope and Wait game where I am always Hoping the contractors will even call or show up then I have to Wait to see what time they even show up since they rarely show up when they say they will. Homeowners know the Hope and Wait game is an absolute nightmare and it is extremely stressful, especially when you take off of work and the contractors never call or show up. In addition to actually showing up and working consistently, what Felipe and Christian did that was really Awesome is they had to do my project a different way than they usually do. I had brick removed to add flagstone to the exterior of my home, these guys are used to making the mortar that goes between each stone wide, they call this Joints. I wanted my Joints to be thinner, which of course requires more work but they made it happen for me and I am so appreciative! I also wanted some of the stones that were gray to be changed to a peach color so Max who works for the company and specializes in staining stones came out to stain those gray stones for me and he did a great job! He had to take the time to mix different colors multiple times until he achieved the peach color I wanted and he made it happen. Two other workers from the company repaired the edge of my cracked driveway from the left end to the right end and they did a really good job. Also, David who was my initial contact who met with me to assess the job & cost, I believe he is the secondary supervisor; he also did a great job. He has a great attitude and he was very polite and professional. He made sure he contacted me and sent me pictures to make sure I approved of the materials before they were purchased and he picked up the materials timely so the project could get started on time. Whenever I called him he either answered the phone or called me back in a timely manner unlike many contractors and supervisors who may not answer their phone or call you back for hours or days. In closing, I just want to give a big Thank You to the guys at Brick Restoration for making this experience A Great One instead of a Nightmare like the many nightmares I have had to endure during many home projects."

"Called this company, at first, to come repair two other contractors' cracked retaining wall and cracked flagstone walkway. Jacob came out the same day that I called to offer advice. He was very professional and offered some great advice. They fixed the cracks in the flagstone walkway first and did such an incredible job, I had them knock down my existing flowerbed retaining wall that had been built by another contractor 5 years ago that I never really liked, and went ahead and built me another retaining wall. Very smooth process all the way with the workers showing up on time and finishing in the time frame that Jacob said that they would. They even came out on Sunday and worked to finish the job.
