They were professional and kept me informed on the progress of the job with pictures from their drone. They were not the cheapest but based on the excellent work they did repairing siding after a storm a couple of years ago, I selected them to do my roof. Brick work looks great, Roofers told us the leaks and water we saw on our attic ceiling was caused by the missing and loose mortar on the chimney. Fixed & Fair explained what was needed and why, written contract signed they came back on schedule, we also had our chimney liner replaced which had been recommended by roofer as well. "We hired A1 for two jobs. The first one was to repair a fireplace chimney. We had water coming down the chimney into the fireplace. They had to remove and replace top 10 tiers of brick, concrete, recap and paint the exterior. They were on time, professional, fairly priced and did a very good job. Clean worksite and easy to work with. It's been a few months and still no leaks. Just recently we had some roof damage in a totally unrelated area, opposite side of the roof and called Tony once again. Water was pouring into. our attic. In the middle of a storm Tony came, got up on a ladder to out two story roof and tarped it to prevent further water damage. He then came back and took care of all the repairs after the storm was over. He is a hard worker with great work ethic. Does the job properly and knows his stuff. We would hire him again and recommend ."

"The company sent a person to our home and provided a well detailed plan for repair of the sidewalk. He gave us several options. We elected to have two of the four options completed immediately. The work performed was; reset loose bricks, replace stone step near back door and clean and seal patio and entire walkway. The young man who performed the work evidently had been trained well as the work was very good. He was careful not to damage the landscaping and cleaned up after completing the work. "UPMOST INTEGRITY AND HONESTY and they will not scam you with overpricing and/or deceitfulness! How can I say this? Because Dino was the third contractor that came to my house to do a roof repair estimate. The first contractor came by and gave me a price ($900)and then wouldn t honor the $150 discount they had on their website and never called me back AFTER I inquired about their coupon. The second contractor came by and said that part of the wood frame was water damaged and gave me a price above $1500! Then Dino came by and communicated in detail what the issues was and how his team will fix it. When I asked about the wood several times, Dino inquired as to why I was concerned about the wood. When I told him what the prior contractor said, Dino communicated that the wood was absolutely good! And was very disappointment and sympathetic with the experience I had. (Being that it was a roof repair. I could not visually see for myself what needed to be fixed). AND his price was below $400!. His team members Carlos and Eddie came out and did and wonderful job! I am thankful and grateful that I was guided to Intact. I would not have known that I was being taken advantage of by the prior contractors.( and yes I will be writing a review for those two prior contractors) So I encourage you all, before you confirm a job with another contractor, give Intact General Contracting a call. You can trust them. I certainly do. And that s a rarity to be able to say this regarding any home repair services. Thank you Dino for your honesty and integrity."
