After encountering persistent leaks with my bay window roof, I engaged Genius Pro Construction on 12/8/2023. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been riddled with challenges: The initial estimate of $1600 ballooned to $2000 due to unforeseen plywood replacement costs, which felt both unexpected and excessive Despite their initial attempts to rectify the issue, the bay windows leak worsened after the repair. Their subsequent efforts on 12/22/2024 failed to provide a lasting solution. The repeated failures, especially after their second attempt, eroded my confidence in their expertise and commitment. Todays heavy rain revealed that the problem remains unresolved and is now even worse than before. Regrettably, my experience with Genius Pro Construction has been marked by unresolved issues and ongoing inconvenience. While I appreciate their efforts to address the problem, the persistent leaks following their interventions have eroded my confidence in their services. I cannot recommend them for bay window roof repairs based on the challenges I have faced.

It was great working with Angi. I had 4 estimates and I decided to go with Genius Pro. I needed a skylight repair cause it was leaking into my kitchen. Mike from Genius Pro came on time , climbed on the roof and explained to me what needed to be done. He was very easy to talk to and explained the repair in detail and he was willing to start right away. After talking to my wife we decided to go through with the repair and we could not be Happier. The repair was done in one day and its been raining for several days and I can say that the leak is fixed and the roof looks great. Thanks Genius Pro. I will recommend you to all my friend sand family.

Genius Pro Construction replace our roof and installed new gutters. Price was competitive and fair. The team of installers were professional. Our roof has a lot of angles and is steep, I was impressed with the craftsmanship. Also will add that they started and finished the job as committed. I would use them again for other projects.

Very professional and very detailed! I had a leak in my roof and called for an emergency roof repair. They came within the same day to inspect the leak and gave a great estimate and hired contractors. They did a wonderful job and kept me in the loop of the process as well! Highly recommendð ð

The work was expert, the job was done as promised and the pricing was competitive. You will not likely find a more trustworthy and dedicated person that he walked me through the repairs and showed me videos of everything he found and corrected. Great guy, great company. Have arranged for them to repair my old chimney as well, because I trust them.

This company did an excellent job on my attic chimney repairs. They repaired the bricks stabilized the chimney with support beams and finished the concrete casing. They were very professional, kind, answered all my questions and very helpful explaining the work they were doing. the job was done exactly as they said it would be and it looked great when completed. they cleaned up and left the home as they found it. I would highly recommend them for their quality work!
