"Precision Painting Plus did an excellent job. They did painting, living, dining and family room flooring, backsplash tiles , kitchen counter top, Kitchen floor, tiled foyer and stair case. The carpenters, painter and flooring team worked hard and cleaned up every night so we could continue to live in the house for the 3 weeks. Alfredo was our project manager and he kept us informed through the project. We are planning to hire them to renovate the second floor next year."

The work on replacing our tub with a walk-in shower was done quickly and cleanly, with attention to keeping our house and lives as uninterrupted as possible. Several great suggestions improved our original plan, without adding to the cost or time. "Working with John was a very positive overall experience. My wife and I had a vision of our master bathroom remodel, and he brought it to life! John completely custom-built a neo-angle shower with pony walls, including custom wainscoting and floor moldings. Outstanding job! During the planning process, John gave us multiple options with their price points, as well as having all the resources for our glass shower door, for the floor moldings, etc. This was all extremely helpful in our budgeting for the project, and he made sure there were no surprise costs. His pricing was extremely fair, and he made sure his job was fully complete before he left for his next project. His communication and transparency was excellent and consistent, which made us feel much less stressed throughout the project. We will definitely be hiring John for some future projects in our house, and would highly recommend his services for home renovations."

"I have used Patio Enclosures to enclose my front porch BOUT 8 Yrs ago, so when I realized through service magic that they do awnings, I called for an estimate. They came with samples and books of fabric I was able to get discounts and a good prices - in fact I added an awning to my back porch along with the front windows and porch. They was a slight problem with the installation (one of the pieces broke when it was being installed) a new part was ordered and installed within a week."
