"John Sherlock and his wife Corrine called within 1/2 hour of looking for Lightning Rod installers. He was available and was over to talk with us within one hour. He sent all his credentials and licenses and insurance coverages of his business and they came over the next morning and completed the installation extremely fast. He gave a fantastic offer, and lifetime warranty coverage and will even come over and take down system when we replace the roof and place back up at no charge! His wife even saw some plants we had not put in the garden still sitting in containers, and offered and planted them in the spaces we wanted, just to help out. Very friendly, helpful, professional, extremely knowledgeable and even suggested adding Lakeland Electrics Surge Protector protection they provide to go along with the Lightning rods. "I recently completed a home renovation and I hired Ramtech Electric for 2 jobs. First, Richard and Castro came and reconfigured our home computer network. My son gave them the specs on how he wanted the network run in the house and Richard was able to do exactly what we wanted. They did an amazing job and everything is running smoothly. Second, I needed new lights and fans and front porch lights installed. Again Richard and Castro did a great job. Unlike other companies who are hard to get a hold of, Richard is very good about replying to emails and phone calls and sending estimates . They were reasonably priced and very pleasant to work with. Fast forward to 2019 and I have recently had some of my roof replaced and the roofers removed all the of lightning rods! I called John and he came straight out exactly when he had promised. We own a large property and it would have been easy for him to charge me for a full replacement system but instead John explained that it was a pretty easy fix and the charged me very little to take care of my problem.
