"Eric and Santiago are very knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. Not only did Eric correct some mistakes from prior contractors saving our home from future damage, and power wash the exterior, but they scraped, replaced the old, rotted wood pieces of siding and caulking before applying fresh caulking and painting the house and soffit. Some of the wood trim around the windows and the attic vent over the garaged were also replaced Eric and Santiago were always on time and even though the needs were many, they finished the job early despite temperatures in the high 90's and even in the low 100's.
