"I appreciated the honest feedback that Mariusz and Vlad provided when giving me the estimate. They raised concern about the state of my breaker box, and the exterior meter, and other electrical matters. They reported being unable to complete the work of running a new line to the garage without addressing these issues first. The work that Lighthouse did was fabulous. They spent 4 days completing 1 project after another until the work was done. The overall scope was quite large. They began by digging a trench 150 feet from the garage to the house, including through massive tree roots, through a retaining wall, and under a wood deck. They also fixed issues with the electrical line running to my house. Installed a new breaker box in the garage. Replaced the external meter. Replaced and rewired the breaker box to be up to code. Marked the new breaker box to show which breaker powered what. This is just the broad overview of all that Mariusz and Vlad accomplished. It could have been very bad, but a pvc pipe carrying water was touching the burning venting material and two small holes were created. The water burst out and put the fire out. Well, how did this happen? Our electrician Jeff worked relentlessly for hours - spanning two days! The second day the owner of HI-LITE, Joe Albert, came along also. I was so impressed by their knowledge and fervent curiosity as to how this fire started. Jeff was 100% determined to make my home safe, and he did!
