He also rerouted a hanging wire that was strung over the exposed beams in the garage and the work was done neatly and looked great. The outlet was also a surge type outlet and was directly in the spot I needed. His communication was excellent and he was a nice person to work with. I would highly recommend him!"

After confirming he could fix our panel, he was very quick at gathering the materials and coming to fix the problem. He was prompt the day the work was to be done, explained everything he was doing as well any issues he ran into on the project. He able to finish up early and used the extra time to get our flood light installed, as well as fix a light switch, and broken in-floor thermostat. We did run into an issue of some outlets not working, but Dan was quick to respond and figure out what the problem was and come over to resolve it."

Im sure he saved us thousands there. Unbeknownst to everyone, we had a water leak. The hot water just keep coming out. Of course, no leak was visible. Nothing was dripping in the house or anything. Well, Chris tested everything. He stayed on it until he had the answer. He even called us from his home. This is a mobile home and all piping and wiring is under the trailer. I contacted him on a Saturday morning to ask him to complete work THAT DAY. No one else with whom I had spoken agreed to to do the work same day. The repair ended up requiring two visits due to needing to replace more parts than initially expected. Jason was prompt for each visit and made sure to call ahead each time to let us know that he was on his way from the last job. Unfortunately I was unable to be at the house for either visit so Jason called me at the end of each day to update me on what he had done and to share some maintenance advice with me. Overall I feel comfortable that Jason returned my generator back to good working order and he did it without requiring me to load it into my car and bring it to him.
