Eric and his team are amazing. I work in customer service, so I know fantastic customer service when I receive it. They are very prompt in returning phone calls/answering messages. I had extensive electrical work that had to be done and they made sure to keep me informed of what was happening and what was going to happen next the entire time. I would hire Eric and his team again in a heartbeat!

This is a beyond FANTASTIC company. I’ve waited a few days to write my review - trying to get my thoughts in order to express what a truly wonderful group of contractors this company has. We are doing a complete kitchen remodel - and doing most of the work ourselves. Eric was so great and worked with us and our ever changing timeline. The first day that work started, Eric came in with the guys and outlined the work to be done. The guys were on time everyday and worked 8-3pm. I felt 100 percent comfortable with them working in my home, while I was at work. Jeremy was our electrician and let me just say - Wow what a great guy! He is hard working and kind. There is a certain stress that you have as a home owner - you really need to have an electrician to be able to count on. I am so beyond lucky that I have found Sylvia Electric. I honestly, NEVER have to worry about finding an electrician ever again.

Excellent company they worked very hard to please me and correct errors that were made,, they need to listen more closely to the customer,. Electrical outlet was installed in the incorrect place but they Rectify that situation and put one in where it was supposed to be,,, Fans were installed ,, I asked Anthony when he finished if the fans were set on the downdraft because when I was under the fans I felt no air circulation he said yes but a couple of days later my daughter visited she said mom these fans must be set incorrectly there's no Breeze at all from them we read the directions and corrected it and sure enough once corrected they worked beautifully and we got a beautiful Breeze from both of them,, Regardless I would certainly use them again as they are ethical and I felt they did their best D.
