"First of all, Angi and Homeadvisor don't have a category for what I needed. I didn't need fixtures or panels or any work with live electricity. I just needed somebody to run cable from basement to attic. Felix and his assistant ran LMR400 coax cable and CAT6 cable from basement to attic. Communication with KSG was good through the whole process. Felix's quote was acceptable and they arrived at the agreed-upon time, and finished the work in the quoted time. They were friendly, very professional, and respectful of the property."

"We were dealing with a relatively major leak in a very old tub/shower. We're planning on a complete re-do within the next few months, but couldn't survive as is and didn't want an expensive replacement that we'd just rip out in a couple of weeks. Other plumbers told us that our 3 handle set-up was just too old and couldn't be fixed, but from the moment Tim came in the door, we were in good hands. He told us he wouldn't leave until he had it fixed and he was a man of his word. He was able to rebuild stems that were at least 30-40 years old. He stopped our leaks and got us fixed so we now have months before we need to get someone in to rehab the bathroom. It's the difference between negotiating a rehab standing on a tightrope and negotiating one with your feet planted firmly on the floor. There is a low monthly cost, and I get free yearly cleanings of my furnace and A/C, 10% off all services, no emergency fees, and $500 off the install of a new furnace or A/C. I like having that peace of mind knowing professionals are helping to keep my home well-maintained. So far, I highly recommend Heritage!"

"Carmen and his team did a great job on helping me upgrade my panel as well as change my meter box. I also had an old wooden mast that they changed out and replaced with a much nicer modern fixture which was great. My house was old and I actually bought it many years ago as a forclosure renovation. So some of the previous work was old and not done correctly. Carmen, Shawn and his team were great to work with. I was worried that no one would take the job because the previous owner had not done a great job. Carmen and his team dived in and made all of the main wiring to the house beautiful and secure and safe. I would use them again for any electrical work big or small.
