Wow extremely professional experience guy showed up on time ,job went exceptionally smooth. All the work that was quoted that was done as quoted as described. everything worked as described and as it was explained to us. everything was really great. Justin was extremely professional and great to work with highly recommend them. Not to mention the unit that they're using is great it keeps my entire shop at 60° with ease

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Our appointment was scheduled between 9:30 and 11:30. The technician, Casey, showed up at 9:25, which was great since we had things we wanted to do. He was not only courteous and professional, but an easy going person who was easy to talk to. He immediately started determining what our problem was and was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue. He determined that it was lint from a poorly placed dryer vent that clogged up the cooling vanes that caused the AC unit to overheat and not work properly. Once he cleaned it, he was able to test the system and found that the freon levels were fine and the system was running properly. He even showed me the gages and explained what the readings meant. He didnâ t try to add anything more to the bill, such as unnecessary freon or additional labor time. He was honest and only charged exactly was was required. Casey is an honorable man, which is a rarity these days. I highly recommend him and his company and will only be calling them for my future AC needs.

I found J&M heating and cooling through Angiâ s list online. I had been a couple of days without AC and within 15 minutes of my entry online they were calling and then they were out to my address to check the problem within 2 hours. They were very prompt, efficient and professional. I would definitely call them again.
