"I am very pleased with the work Paul did rewiring my electrical panel. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes a great deal of pride in his work. He was very good at communicating his schedule and always showed up exactly when he said he would. The more information he shared with me (he explains every step he takes in the process), the more confident I felt in his work. Always cleaned up after himself too. I did some research about cost and everything he told me was spot on. His pricing and charging policy is beyond fair. I recommend him highly and will call him for any of my future electrical work or just advise on the subject. Additionally, he noticed I had as spot for a smoke detector in an inconvenient place in my house. He volunteered to get one for me that included a carbon monoxide sensor and installed it for me. "Experienced total power failure of my house due to Generac Solar system. Conan came out and in just about 10 minutes diagnosed the issue, fixed it and had me back up quickly. This was after hours and he did a exceptional job. If I have any electrical issues he will be the one I call first and he did not take advantage of me price wise. "They are very dependable when it comes to showing up and being on time and the work was done right and very quickly. The only problem was in getting the permit. It took a long time to get finalized. But this is another contractor, found thru Home Advisor, that I will keep all the information on and will use again. In fact, I just did use them again last week on Friday, December 6th. When they came to meet the inspector regarding my new panel inspection, I asked them to give me a call because I wanted to get an estimate for another job. They called me back right away and sent someone out the following morning. I told them I wanted to go ahead and schedule the job. He told me they could do it that day. I wanted to do it but I said I couldn t because I had to leave by 3:30 for my granddaughters Christmas Pageant. He told me they would be done by then, that they would send a helper. I said ok if you really think you can be done in time. It was a lot of work. He was replacing 13 lights in the ceiling, changing out 11 outlets, adding an outlet and installing a surge protector in my recently installed panel. To my surprise, they finished at exactly 3:28. They will be my electrician from now on. I will tell you though, if you are looking for cheap, don t bother. They are a little pricey but the work gets done right away and it gets done right."

"After contacting the 3 companies provided by Home Advisor I chose to go with James Townsley and I'm very glad I did. He is very professional and did a great job. There were a few things that needed to be added to the installation, even so my cost remained the same as quoted. He was quick to respond to my emails and phone calls and did the installation on a day that should have been a day off for him to accommodate my strange work schedule. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions during the installation. I would and already have recommend him for lightning rod installations."

This company did an install on my property following a major remodel in 2011 and did a great job at a competitive price. Fast forward to 2019 and I have recently had some of my roof replaced and the roofers removed all the of lightning rods! I called John and he came straight out exactly when he had promised. We own a large property and it would have been easy for him to charge me for a full replacement system but instead John explained that it was a pretty easy fix and the charged me very little to take care of my problem. John also walked the other buildings and checked all OK while he was there. Folks , This guy is old school honest and in today's world that's a rare commodity. "John Sherlock and his wife Corrine called within 1/2 hour of looking for Lightning Rod installers. He was available and was over to talk with us within one hour. He sent all his credentials and licenses and insurance coverages of his business and they came over the next morning and completed the installation extremely fast. He gave a fantastic offer, and lifetime warranty coverage and will even come over and take down system when we replace the roof and place back up at no charge! His wife even saw some plants we had not put in the garden still sitting in containers, and offered and planted them in the spaces we wanted, just to help out. Very friendly, helpful, professional, extremely knowledgeable and even suggested adding Lakeland Electrics Surge Protector protection they provide to go along with the Lightning rods. Yes would have them again on any home anytime."
