Fantastic Experience with Ellington and "Doc", who was extremely thorough

Doc was our technician that serviced our ac unit. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and also suggested other ways to keep our system running smooth for years to come. I’m glad we chose Ellington for our new ac unit and duct work .

I've only been in Vero Beach Florida for a month They came highly recommended to me in my subdivision. Thank you so much for an amazing quick wire and done and checking connections to insure my homes safety . Awesome. I done want anymore problems but if I did first call to him. Ellington Air is wonderful. I came home to a thermostat with a black screen. It was 4:48pm and I called. The woman who answered the phone was great and they had a tech out to my house before 6pm. Mike was super professional, nice, answered all my questions, explained things so I could. understand. I have used Ellington Air for several years and will continue to use them. They have never failed in providing me excellent service. I highly recommend them.

We hire Ellington AC repair man which has cancer in 2016. He came and give us service order for $2400 to change motor and clean condenser and he told me it is cheaper than buying new AC. So, he forgot to remove muffler from AC and when you turn heater on, it was making noise. So, Ellington send rude and impolite skinny and tall guy (Jeff) to fix his mistake. Every questions that I asked him, he was yelling at me rudely. So, when it was time to replace my AC, I went to another company and pay $6400. I wrote this to let people know what can happen.

Technicians where very good. They replaced capacitor. Price was $410 Cost for Truck coming to house $286 Cost for Finding problem $99 Remainder, part cost.

I feel very lucky to have found Ellington AC. Everything about them and their work from start to finish was top notch. Jason, the owner, and founder came in-person to figure out what would work best and provide an estimate. Once the contract was signed, Ellington took it from there. They did the permitting and electric company coordination. The installation crew was professional and obviously very knowledgable. They always left the area in which they worked clean. I have had the system in for 1 year now. I am entirely pleased with it. Ellington deserves the highest recommendation.
