"I appreciated the honest feedback that Mariusz and Vlad provided when giving me the estimate. They raised concern about the state of my breaker box, and the exterior meter, and other electrical matters. They reported being unable to complete the work of running a new line to the garage without addressing these issues first. The work that Lighthouse did was fabulous. They spent 4 days completing 1 project after another until the work was done. The overall scope was quite large. They began by digging a trench 150 feet from the garage to the house, including through massive tree roots, through a retaining wall, and under a wood deck. They also fixed issues with the electrical line running to my house. Installed a new breaker box in the garage. Replaced the external meter. Replaced and rewired the breaker box to be up to code. Marked the new breaker box to show which breaker powered what. This is just the broad overview of all that Mariusz and Vlad accomplished. The entire time they were professional in their communication with me. They were courteous and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves. Bottom line. I am extremely pleased with my choice to hire Lighthouse Restoration. I have already scheduled with them to install my EV car charger because I trust them to do the job correctly."

"Majestic Construction - Richard Manzo was wonderful. We found that a minor project, replacement of a toilet and replacing cracked tile turned into a full gut. Removing the bathroom tile revealed termites! The termite have been removed, by thoroughly removing the subflooring and rebuilt the bathroom. (The house has been treated by another company, so that issue is resolved ) New title, new shower, vanity, toilet. It's beautiful. A glass shower door will be installed and the bathroom will be complete. It wasn't cheap, because so much infrastructure has been fixed. Photos will be added when the shower door is installed."
