"I appreciated the honest feedback that Mariusz and Vlad provided when giving me the estimate. They raised concern about the state of my breaker box, and the exterior meter, and other electrical matters. They reported being unable to complete the work of running a new line to the garage without addressing these issues first. The work that Lighthouse did was fabulous. They spent 4 days completing 1 project after another until the work was done. The overall scope was quite large. They began by digging a trench 150 feet from the garage to the house, including through massive tree roots, through a retaining wall, and under a wood deck. They also fixed issues with the electrical line running to my house. Installed a new breaker box in the garage. Replaced the external meter. Replaced and rewired the breaker box to be up to code. Marked the new breaker box to show which breaker powered what. This is just the broad overview of all that Mariusz and Vlad accomplished. The entire time they were professional in their communication with me. They were courteous and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves. Bottom line. I am extremely pleased with my choice to hire Lighthouse Restoration. I have already scheduled with them to install my EV car charger because I trust them to do the job correctly."

"Was looking to get a Safety Hand Rail installed at the entrace to the house from the garage for my parents. Was looking for something that would be functional and would look nice w/o being too fancy. Most handyman services discussed custom iron rail handrails that needed to be cut/adjusted on site and could easily run into $400-$500 for even the most basic design. Spoke with Ron and after listening to me, he proposed a simple wood system that would get attached to the floor and wall and a handrail on top. He had me supply measurements and pictures of the entrace, sourced the material and painted all the pieces before arriving and got everything installed over 2 days. The 2nd day was mainly to source the proper brakets for the hand rail after I changed how I wanted it installed. He really takes the time to listen to the customers request and provides feedback on what is doable. Very easy to work with and takes alot of pride in doing things well and correctly and not rushing. Will definately use Ron again for larger project also. BTW, he kept the final price at his original quote of $200 and saved me money over all the other custom quotes."

Not only did they do a superb job of installing a ceiling fan to an 18ft ceiling, multiple patch repairs, seamlessly replacing and installing bathroom extractor fans that into non standard sized spaces, filling countless nail holes and repainting, and reattaching a dislodged dishwasher, Abraham did all of this amidst the chaos of a move and made MULTIPLE trips to Home Depot to color match paints when I provided the wrong cans. "Allan and his assistant Kevin showed up every day on time and worked through conscientiously throughout each day until five PM. They installed over 40 LED ceiling lights in three rooms, under cabinet LED kitchen lights in three locations, and two recessed in floor outlets. Allan met with us at a local electric supply house to help us select the proper fixtures, and offered suggestions when we needed to order other supplies for another source. Quite a few of the ceiling lights required scaffolding to install as the sloped ceiling height in our family room was almost 19 feet at the peek. He arranged to pick-up and return the scaffolding at a local Home Depot. All said it required over 5 days to complete all the work and it went off flawlessly. Allan and Kevin were a pleasure to work with and offered suggestions and advice throughout the process to insure everything went right the first time. I would highly recommend Allan and will be using him again for some projects on our second floor."
