"As a person who does not believe in waiting for something to break before replacing it, I have known for several years that time was drawing near for the water heater. So, using HA, RightNow plumbing came up in my search. The person I spoke to, Alex, did a great job providing a quote, answering my numerous questions, and even providing me with a website to research the brand of water heater recommended. I sought other quotes from vendors on HA, but this company earned my business. About an hour before my appointment, I realized I would not be able to make it, as a simple car repair turned into something bigger. They immediately rescheduled a time 1.5 hours later than the original, so I could still get my water heater today. Once the install was complete, DeMarcus explained everything to me, and I was charged EXACTLY what the estimate stated. One thing I really like about this company is their higher tech focus. No papers to sign, as everything was done on the iPad, with an emailed receipt. I did opt for their matching labor warranty, the manufacturer has a 6-year parts warranty, so for a small price, they provide the labor for 6 years. Having checked prices with several other contractors and even Home Depot, they were surprisingly the most affordable. To be honest, I don't necessarily pick the most affordable, but they made it obvious that they weren't the "cheapest," but actually the best overall value."

"It was a cold and rainy Saturday night when I came home. I was expecting to have a warm toasty homecoming except I was greeted with chilly air and coldness of the floor. I discovered that the thermostat had stopped working. It was late so I called the company that I had been using for years, though I was a bit reluctant to call since the last experience with them was bordering a rip off. After I left a message, before I jumped into my bed intenting to ride the cold night out, I decided to use Angie's List and perhaps I would have someone call me on Sunday morning to do the work. Shortly after I placed the project info, within a few minutes I got a text from Matt Conde of Conde Tech Services. They said they could come out tonight if I am up for it. I said to myself, wow, these guys really work quite hard, so without any hesitation I decided to give them a try. Matt and his brother showed up at around 12:30 am and got to work right away. It turned out that the problem was not the thermostat but something to do with the electrical wiring of the system. In any event, they ended up did not finish the diagnosis and repair until around 3 am that morning. Matt and his brother had to take turn going out in the cold to work on the heat pump. I was quite impressed with the dedication and passion that they had for their job. These days, you don't find that many folks out there who are passionate about their jobs. So I asked them why they started their business and Matt explained that he and his brother were working for a large company for many years and they became dissatisfied as to how the emphasis had been placed on profits over the customer service. At the end of the night (or crazy early Sunday morning), I was very thankful for Conde Tech Services and they have earned a life time customer. :)"

Plus the electrician was on time, very courteous and respectful, used drop clothes and shoe covers to minimize dirt, swept and vacuumed area, and reasonably priced. They receive an AAA plus.
