Said came over to see what, where and how I want the tvs to be installed before I hired free of charge. He provided recommendations, and he priced the work cheaper than most competitors. We agreed on the day of the installation, and Said called an hour early to let me know the technician was on his way to prep the areas before the TVs were delivered. The technician was very nice, very professional, very customer service oriented. He listened to my needs and wants, and proceeded. Said joined him and stayed with him all the way through the work. They were attentive, and very professional. The technician ensured the place was clean and vaccumed after he completed the work. What I like was the follow-up call from Said asking if everything has met my expectation and to call him if there is anything I need. Overall 5/5 from beginning to end. Great Job Said!
