"I appreciated the honest feedback that Mariusz and Vlad provided when giving me the estimate. They raised concern about the state of my breaker box, and the exterior meter, and other electrical matters. They reported being unable to complete the work of running a new line to the garage without addressing these issues first. The work that Lighthouse did was fabulous. They spent 4 days completing 1 project after another until the work was done. The overall scope was quite large. They began by digging a trench 150 feet from the garage to the house, including through massive tree roots, through a retaining wall, and under a wood deck. They also fixed issues with the electrical line running to my house. Installed a new breaker box in the garage. Replaced the external meter. Replaced and rewired the breaker box to be up to code. Marked the new breaker box to show which breaker powered what. This is just the broad overview of all that Mariusz and Vlad accomplished. The entire time they were professional in their communication with me. They were courteous and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves. Bottom line. I am extremely pleased with my choice to hire Lighthouse Restoration. I have already scheduled with them to install my EV car charger because I trust them to do the job correctly."

"Allan and his assistant Kevin showed up every day on time and worked through conscientiously throughout each day until five PM. They installed over 40 LED ceiling lights in three rooms, under cabinet LED kitchen lights in three locations, and two recessed in floor outlets. Allan met with us at a local electric supply house to help us select the proper fixtures, and offered suggestions when we needed to order other supplies for another source. Quite a few of the ceiling lights required scaffolding to install as the sloped ceiling height in our family room was almost 19 feet at the peek. He arranged to pick-up and return the scaffolding at a local Home Depot. All said it required over 5 days to complete all the work and it went off flawlessly. Allan and Kevin were a pleasure to work with and offered suggestions and advice throughout the process to insure everything went right the first time. I would highly recommend Allan and will be using him again for some projects on our second floor."

He first came to do an assessment to get a better sense of what the job would entail and then quoted us a fair price.
