Concrete By Design

We hired Concrete by Design to install a backyard patio and sidewalk, and the initial work looked good? we were pretty happy with how everything turned out at first. George Anguiano was friendly and communicative during the project, and even promised to come back for a follow-up walkthrough and to seal the concrete or suggest how it should be done if we wanted to do it ourselves to save money, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, after the job was done, he never followed through. Despite multiple calls, texts, and emails over the course of several weeks (even months), we never heard back. The lack of communication and follow-up is really disappointing, especially since we were told those final steps would be part of the service. I would recommend George work if he actually followed up and stood by his word. Ignoring customers after a job is unprofessional and leaves a bad impression, even when the initial work is solid. We just wish he had followed up.

George and his team did a great job of extending our patio. Arrived on time. They were very efficient and cordial. I would definitely recommend their services.

Hi, to all those potential new customers. I am here to tell you that I am very impressed with Concrete By Design. They totally get a 10+. George the owner not only was awesome to work with. He came to the rescue for me on a new curb that was poured by some else that was totally messed up. I was in a huge pickle to get it replaced and his team got it put in and passed inspection. Then 6 months later I hired Concrete By Design again to do 3 new driveway pads and a 30'L sidewalk. Same wonderful service and exceptional workmanship. Through out the entire project, George answered all my questions promptly. His whole team is #1 in my book. I would never hesitate to hire Concrete By Design again in the future. I hired â Concrete by Designâ to complete the first of 3 phases and because they were on time and did a great job, I will continue using them throughout my project. I highly recommend that you consider George and his crew if you need any concrete work done. Even when weather didnâ t co-operate they rebounded very quickly and stayed on schedule

Jorge was very responsive when we were texting back and forth to get the job (sidewalk slab replacement) scheduled. We were having the work done in February, so we were trying to dodge rainy days, and Jorge was extremely good at keeping us informed as to when he expected to be able to start the work. The job was carried out with no problems, and, all in all, we're really happy with the work.
