"We initially contact a number of companies for sod installation. Some did not respond, some did not show for appt. Of the ones that showed up, I was shocked at the number that did not send promised quotes. We had 4 quotes at completion of the process. Apollo Lemus was great through the entire process. He responded quickly to our initial request, showed up as scheduled and quickly sent a quote. He was responsive to all of our questions. And very good about answering texts or phone calls. This was a huge yard/garden renovation to correct a number of issues we experienced since purchasing the home 25yrs ago. We have a difficult yard to grow grass in bc of heavy shade - sun. Apollo was great to bounce ideas off of and make suggestions. Very good to work with. We also liked the fact the sod was grown on a local farm, harvested and installed the same day essentially rather than sitting in storage or being shipped from out of state. The guys came and knocked out the yard quickly. They prepped the soil , amended it , cleared out the small rocks and debris before laying the sod. We are very please with the final look. Now it is 2 months of watering and care to make sure it does well. The cost to do this was not cheap since we opted for a more expensive grass. It was an investment. Apolloâ s quote was right in the middle for cost."
