Wanted to give some feedback to Elias and Sal. He was so kind and he came up to me on Christmas. I wanted to have my roof covered before the rain. He was the only one that agreed to come on Christmas and did the work.

Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment.

These guys came and repaired my roof in a professional manner and at a fair price. They arrived when promised and left no shingle bits of debris.

Elias Construction did a great job replacing our roof after we lost shingles in a winter storm. We had a different company scheduled and they canceled on us. Elias was recommended as a superior replacement and they delivered! Prompt with their initial estimate appointment, prompt to schedule the work and they did a great job on the replacement. While they were here we had them replace the skylight too. With rain in the forecast the week they did the work, they stayed late to make sure that the roof was safe against the weather and kept in contact with us about their schedule and work progress. We would absolutely recommend Elias Construction for roofing needs!
