Would give these guys negative reviews if possible. Driveway was redone in July 2025. Communication was horrific, project pushed back 3 times with zero communication (as in their way of communicating was to not show up). They immediately dented our driveway curb, and then refused to repair it after project completion. The brick work they laid at the base of driveway was done incorrectly we?re now finding out (October 2025). Material already chipping and coming loose. Tried to contact RDS and Raphael won?t respond. These guys are dishonest and do shoddy work. Do not hire.

Simple job to relocate a 3 foot retaining wall 20 feet long. Started easy enough, Rafael was polite and professional. But, when problems arose, as they usually do, Rafael become argumentative and talked over me. He called me a liar! He wouldn't even come to the site to look at the work his people were doing. Eventually, he showed up, agreed to fix the problems. Then, tried to charge me more. When I disagreed, he offered to decrease by $100 if I gave him 5 Star review! When I went to pay him the day after he finished, his system didn't offer an amount to pay, instead, it charged an extra $800 late fee automatically. When I contacted him to get the $800 back, he ghosted me. I had to do a charge back on my credit card. His workers were nice and the wall looked good originally but they don't know how to install a retaining wall. They didn't tamp the backfill and they didn't waterproof the backside. Moisture comes through the wall when it rains. BE FOREWARNED.

I would give Rafael negative stars if possible. He was supposed to do a simple concrete slab & turf for our backyard. We agreed that half of the payment would be upfront, the other half when we got back from our 3 week vacation. He said he would install rebar & have the concrete poured. We noticed some swirling on the concrete on our cameras. We addressed the problem, he kept dodging it rather than coming up with a solution. Turns out he didn't even install rebar or get the concrete professionally poured. It was quick-concrete mixed in a wheel barrow... The slab is completely level, drainage isn't cut right, we had lights that he recommended to remove, didn't move them, wires in the concrete. Corners are cracking, concrete wasn't broomed, hence the swirling. He never addressed the problem, didn't show up to collect the remaining balance after I said there was a problem. Now lying saying we owe him for 17 days of late payment, when he agreed to pick it up when we got back.

do NOT hire this company. they promise but do not deliver. No supervision and poor communication.

Great experience and service from start to finish. The work was done on time and most importantly it was a job well done!

New yard looks wonderful.

They didn't have an option for "What work did you needdone." I was forced to pick a generic option. I hired them in August to remove clay, add good soil and install sod. They ran out of soil. One of the workers left and got soil but it was different soil then what was used. No problem I thought but within weeks the grass started to die in the area where they installed the different soil. I watered that area good. I had no issues with the grass in the other areas as I know how to take care of sod and grass. There is a definite line where the grass burned in the same area where the different soil was installed. I ask if someone could come out and look and maybe we could've came up with a solution. He immediately blamed me and refused to even come out and look. He never came out once to see what the workers did and never came out to see the finished product. I wasn't asking for anything except help with it. He continued to lie about what they did and blamed me for not taking care of it.

They removed the compact clay, filled in part with good top soil and ran out. Where they ran out they went and got different dirt. It burned the sod in that area only. I reached out and they blamed me for it and said I wasn't watering. All I was asking for is someone come over and look and discuss it with me. Maybe help with a solution but they refused to work with me and continued to blame me for it. It is obvious where the different dirt was installed because grass is perfect where the first installation of soil was installed. I watered everyday for a month. I would NOT recommend because they don't care about the costumer at all. No professionalism and respect for the customer. His reply is a flat out lie! He installed this in August. He said he only installed the grass but charged me for the escavation. The area where they installed the different soul did not grow. It burned the grass. I have no reason to lie as I was never looking to get money back just asked for some help and have him come out and look for himself. He doesn't care about his work.

They did excellent work, the job cane out beautiful.
