Reviews
Write a ReviewFantastic! The company really delivered. I am so pleased with the retaining wall, new front porch and steps and shed pad. The job was so much more than I thought. But Legacy Concrete Inc. did the job and did it so well. Gone is my ugly railroad tie retaining wall that was falling down and in its place is a beautiful stone block wall. Gone are my old steps with a weird, irregular outcrop and in their place are regular steps and a porch without cracks and irregularities. And the shed pad they poured with a ramp worked out perfectly with the shed. What I really appreciated is that they listened to me (a woman) and made suggestions that would improve the final product but worked to give me what I wanted.
Best experience ever with a contractor. Quality, care, on time, fast, great communication. Ask for Jacob and his crew!
Excellent company. Prompt , courteous employees. Very professional and quality work. Highly recommend Legacy and would hire them for future projects.
The driveway seems fine, and the price was reasonable, although not especially low. Of course what really matters is how it holds up for the next ten years, which is just a bit hard to predict. My only quibbles with the work are: 1) there was no attempt at masking or distancing among the workers. I did not feel endangered because I did not need to be near them, but they might need to be protected from each other; 2) almost everyone on the crew smoked cigarettes. Again, I did not have to breathe the smoke, but it shows a lack of concern about health. (I did have to pick up about a dozen cigarette butts. Not my favorite activity.)
Very pleased with this project. From the time that Robert (owner of Legacy Concrete) scheduled my project (driveway replacement), his crew was timely, efficient, professional, courteous, and did an excellent clean-up after each day. I've not had many projects go this smoothly. I would say that Legacy Concrete has definitely raised the bar to a higher standard.
Very impressed with the level of professionalism through out the project. Robert met the timeline. Great follow through. Jacob and his team did a terrific job and cleaned up like they had never been there. We absolutely plan to hire the company for future work. Thank you Legacy
With the recommendation of neighbors, I hired Legacy to tear out and replace an old porch, steps, and double driveway. The owner was responsive to rescheduling when I expressed concerns about weather changes. The crew were on schedule, professional, efficient, and highly-skilled, especially the finishers. I was very satisfied with the final product, and the price was reasonable. I would use them again for any concrete projects I have.
Horrible company and awful quality of work. Also, note many of the "positive" reviews are worded very similar and are pretty clearly fake reviews. This company completed a stamped concrete patio with very poor quality work. The patio has damages along the edging of the stamps and is very uneven in the height. They made a big mess of my yard tracking concrete across my grass which killed several areas on the lawn. They left a significant mess of concrete splatter on the side of my house and fence. The patio was significantly higher off the ground than we discussed and in some areas was 12+inches off the ground, which is not to code. Also, the concrete is sloping towards my house resulting in water pooling and draining into the foundation. I was told by 3 contractors and 2 structural engineers that this will cause significant structural damage to my home. The communication about the project was poor and the owner even admitted it was poor communication on their end but would still not resolve the problems caused by the lack of communication. The workers were drinking beer and smoking on my property and left beer bottle caps and cigarette butts all over my property. When I attempted to resolve this with the owner he began verbally berating me and calling me names over the phone. He then appeared at my home and came into my backyard without permission refusing to leave and threatening to break up the patio with a jackhammer. He was calling me a "crybaby" because I told him it was not my responsibility to clean up their messes and he needed to send people back to clean up. He later apologized saying his uncle passed away the night before and he was having a bad day and offered to seal the patio and fill in the dirt around the patio to make up for his poor behavior. He completed the sealant but left more splatter on the sides of my house and fence that he did not clean up. The job was to include a fire pit and seating area and he would not schedule a date to complete the work resulting me my decision to go through a different company for the remainder of the job. They damaged my sprinkler line and would not cover the cost of the damage. And they would not set a date to complete the remainder of their obligations to fill in the dirt around the patio despite me request multiple times to schedule for this to be completed. We finally scheduled a time for them to come see the damages and complete the work, I let Robert know that due to his verbal abuse the first time I expressed concerns I wanted a neutral third party present via a civil assist with the Sheriff's office and he now refused to come canceling the appointment and is stating he will not complete the work or fix the problem areas. This issue went through an initial arbitration with BBB and when the initial arbitrator made a determination that his health issues got in the way of making a far decision at the hearing and it would need to go back to arbitration Legacy Concrete r
These guys always showed up when they said they would. And once they were delayed a couple hours, which easily happens, but they called to let me know. That shows they care about their customers. They kept us involved in every step of the process, always asking if we had any questions. The work performed was top notch. We are very happy with the results.
We did a detailed trade cost benefit analysis of concrete companies specializing in driveways and sidewalks in the Denver metropolitan area. It included best value, previous customer feedback, experience, product quality and customer service. Based on this study we down-selected Legacy Concrete. They installed two driveways and a sidewalk at our properties. Their products and services are exemplary. What we soon learn about this family owned business is that it is run by the third generation with over 40 years of experience passed down to their employees, most of which have worked an average of 16 years with the company. They worked as an integrated team delivering a superior product of the best quality. We quickly found that they delivered what was on contract plus some. Their customer service sets the industry standard for excellence. They are easy to work with, their word it their bond, and reliably a given. We highly recommend this 5 Star company for any of your driveway and sidewalk projects.
