I can't recommend. I had this company come out in 2021 and pour a stamped patio, and in 2023 I had them pour a stamped walkway from the front drive to the back patio. For both installs, the owner assured me that his team would move my sprinkler heads and irrigation lines as needed. The first time I even offered and was 100% willing to get my sprinkler guy out to do it between excavation and pour. Again, the owner assured me all was good. Now I have a major leak under one of those pours which was my first indication that (a) the lines were not moved just extended, and (b) most egregious, that at least some of the material used to extend the lines was in fact not meant for irrigation. The leak is under one of the slabs and will be complicated to either dig & fix it, or to reroute that zone altogether. Update: Owner called twice after 8:30 p.m. after I posted my honest review. I woke up to another call and texts, which were simply denials of wrongdoing and no offer of remediation.

I had Frank come out in 2021 and pour a stamped patio for me, and then in 2023 I had him pour a stamped walkway. For both installs, Frank assured me that his team would move my sprinkler heads and irrigation lines as needed. The first time I even offered to get my sprinkler guy out to do it between excavation and pour. Again, Frank assured me all was good. Now I have a major leak under one of those pours which was my first indication that (a) the lines were not moved just extended, and (b) most egregious, that at least some of the material used to extend the lines was in fact flimsy corrugated conduit meant for wiring and not irrigation. I live less than five miles from 3 different places who sell what was needed! I cannot in good conscience recommend Cordova at this point, as I'm about to pay dearly to fix his team's gross error.

Frank Cordova Installed the driveway in September 2020 - the concrete started peeling after few months - I called Frank in May of 2021 - he said he was busy and will come and check the driveway - I told him if you are busy, there is no rush - he did not come that year I called again in 2022 - I got the same answer. I called again in April 2023 - he claimed, the warranty is over and only good for a year - I did not call three years later, I was calling him at least once a year - every time he said he was coming, no show - please do not trust Frank, he is a conman!
