My house has never been power washed in 20 years. It looks beautiful. They were very careful and covered up my outdoor lights before power washing the area, I also had them power wash my porch and sidewalk. It also has never been cleaned in 20 years. They did a beautiful job and I couldn't be happier. I also asked them to remove six holly bushes. They removed them including the roots! And they cleaned up the flower beds where the plants had been. I am going to have them come back and replace my back porch as well as some interior painting in the future. I highly recommend Ronquillo Services LLC. "Solid customer service, quality product delivered. The crew was on site for one day to demo the old staircase and create the attached. They showed great care in the quality of their construction (craftsmanship) and cleaned up their sawdust and materials from the old staircase along with cuttings from the new staircase installation. Scheduling was a little interesting - as it was a one day gig and weather for outdoor construction creates challenges, the original planned day shifted out, but then bounced back to sooner. Overall a terrific experience as I was informed all along the way. Luis and Jordan are top notch."

"Outstanding carpentry skills to repair two rotted out wood Anderson window frames. Custom frames were made to match our other windows which are no longer available. Repairs were made from inside and outside of the windows which meant climbing up 30 feet on a ladder. Our front door was sticking badly and was fixed as well. We have an older home and I will call again if I need help on other repairs. On time, cleans up and kept us from installing vinyl windows which would not have matched."

"I originally needed a three-panel window fixed since it was loose from the frame. About 10min after I submitted the request on Angi's, Gilberto called me and said he could stop by since he was in the area and at the end of his day. He was able to make a fix on the spot and addressed some dirt/uncleanliness in the window frame from the previous owner. I then asked if he could come out and clean all the windows/frames and his price and availability was more than reasonable. Gilberto and his team came out the next week and spent several hard hours cleaning. Just recently he returned with the window screens that needed repair and washing. His last service for us was spot caulking/sealing the exterior window frames where needed. I highly recommend Gilberto and his service. He was professional, prompt, great at communicating what servicing was needed or wasn't, and the work and price was top notch."

"The crew from JJ Home Improvements 9 LLC was great. When giving an estimate, they were polite, answered various questions I had, and explained the planned work. They were upfront about what was realistically possible. I am pleased with the results of their work. I live in an old condo unit built in the early 1970s. The metal entry door was bent out of shape and the foam weatherstripping in poor condition. I could not replace the condo door, so they straightened it as much they could. They also replaced the poorly trimmed metal door sweep with a modern rubber one. While applying the new weatherstripping, they compensated for the remaining bend of the door and created a proper seal. Now I no longer have light or cold air coming through. Thank you!"
