"I had Diego install banisters up my stairs in my 1916 Edwardian. He was very careful to make sure that they blended with the rest of the house. The work was meticulous and he was very attentive to my needs and desires in the hand rails appearance. The work was accomplished in a timely manner, his clean was great. "Recently had a home inspection performed in preparation of selling our house next year. The inspection revealed several small items that needed attention/repair, including: rotting window trim, warped garage side door, leaking gutters/downspouts, and damage to the concrete foundation. In addition, all the fascia trim showed extreme weathering and needed painting. He also scraped and repainted large areas of trim on two sides of the house. He was conscientious, always polite, and checked with me frequently to make sure the work was progressing satisfactorily.
