Super reliable and honest in Gilberto's approach which I loved the most! I would definitely go back to Glass and Windows Solutions again for my future needs.

I hired glass and window solutions to repair two rotted window sills on my home. They were nice people to work with but I cannot say I would hire them again. When they were finished, I inspected and asked them multiple times to fill obvious gaps and holes with caulk? Anywhere bugs could try and make a home. The aluminum clad they installed from a functional stand point will probably serve its purpose and protect the window trim from further damage BUT the finish just does not look good. It looks pretty sloppy and does not seem like they were concerned about those details.

I originally needed a three-panel window fixed since it was loose from the frame. About 10min after I submitted the request on Angi's, Gilberto called me and said he could stop by since he was in the area and at the end of his day. He was able to make a fix on the spot and addressed some dirt/uncleanliness in the window frame from the previous owner. I then asked if he could come out and clean all the windows/frames and his price and availability was more than reasonable. Gilberto and his team came out the next week and spent several hard hours cleaning. Just recently he returned with the window screens that needed repair and washing. His last service for us was spot caulking/sealing the exterior window frames where needed. I highly recommend Gilberto and his service. He was professional, prompt, great at communicating what servicing was needed or wasn't, and the work and price was top notch.

They made removal and replacement of the window glass look easy even though another contractor had failed miserably to accomplish this task without damaging my vinyl window frames!

With honesty like that, you can tell they hire staff with integrity. I would gladly recommend them and work with them again for any future window repair needs.
