The owner Steve is incredibly talented. He installed 2 piece crown molding in 4 rooms and did an amazing job. He’s all about attention to detail. He’s honest and hard working. Stevelon Dennis did a great job. He did a great job of communicating with me as to what would be done on each day, what I needed to do to prepare the house for each day of work and finished the job on time with no issues. The drywall was installed perfectly, the stains on the ceiling were removed and did a great paint job. He also did a wonderful job of cleaning the work area when he was finished each day and at the end of the project. Would definitely hire him again.

Ultra Improvements did a fantastic job in replacing wood and trim. They finished the work quickly and at a reasonable price. The work was high quality and greatly improved the appearance of the wood exterior. I highly recommend Ultra Improvements.

Steve is a true pro. He replaced old rotten wood and told us the reason the wood was rotting. Replaced with pressure treated wood and added a channel to direct the rainwater to the gutter instead of around it. Highly recommend.
