Nestor and his company did an outstanding job on my deck!! The Trex floor and railings were about the only elements of the deck that were still in good shape. Nestor practically rebuilt my deck from the ground up. He was meticulous, professional, and reasonable in price. The deck looks even better than the original and I could not be happier! Outstanding Structural Work – Nestor and NV OUTDOORS, LLC are Top-Notch! I hired Nestor from NV OUTDOORS, LLC for several repairs, and he did a phenomenal job from the estimate to completion. He tackled a precise project replacing a vital, rotted structural deck post underneath my staircase that supported both the stairs and the deck. His attention to detail was amazing: he secured the deck to my townhouse with lag bolts to bring it up to code, repaired a loose railing, and took the time to nail down all the top boards. He also included repairing a broken community fence in the estimate and handled that repair with the same meticulous care. The entire deck and fence are now perfectly aligned, rock-solid, and 100% safe. Nestor arrived right on time, communicated clearly throughout the day, and left the workspace spotless. On top of the fantastic quality of the work, I thought his pricing was very fair. It is rare to find a contractor this reliable, efficient, and genuinely skilled.
