    Masonry, Concrete

"This company rebuilt a badly deteriorated cement-block retaining wall which supports my elevated driveway, repaired numerous concrete sidewalk cracks and a crumbling step, replaced an ugly, old, insecure chain-link gate with a beautiful steel door, and installed attractive brick borders around a couple of small garden spaces (after also cleaning up those weedy spaces). The price was more than fair; I'm very pleased with the work, timeliness and charming personality. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

"Mr. Cordon was knowledgeable, professional, thorough, a pleasure to deal with, and completely fair, even recommending a fix that required no labor as an alternative to the re-do we thought was necessary. We will call him first for all home projects in the future."

"I hired German to renovate our basement (utility room, laundry room, storage...), including a complete overhaul of plumbing and wiring. I was extremely pleased with the quality of work, the organization of various activities, the price asked and the follow-up. By employing skilled and efficient workers licensed for plumbing (water and gas), electrical and carpentry/drywall the coordination of the various trades was limited to the strict minimum. I would not hesitate to recommend German for similar renovation/extension projects."

"I got a thorough roof inspection that identified serious problems that he showed me with pictures. They worked around the roof solar panels to address the issues and was conscientious about not recommending or billing me for unnecessary work. The owner is trustworthy and professional."

Are you installing new or replacing existing baseboards?: Replace existing
Comment: My bathroom was remodeled a couple of years ago. They installed the incorrect baseboards. I’d like the baseboards to match those in the rest of my condo, preferably without quarter rounds, if possible. It’s not a large bathroom. The vanity and toilet would need to be moved and placed back in order to install the new baseboards, which would be simple, rectangular, white-painted wood.
