He showed up on time and completed all of the projects needed within a timely manner. He painted 2 bathrooms, installed a smart lock and thermostat, purchased, delivered and installed a washer/dryer combo and worked with my cleaning staff to get the deep clean done prior to pictures being taken. "Handy AF removed our existing old pressure treated wood deck and replaced with new pressure treated wood. Hauled off the old wood and cleaned up worksite. The hostas and monkey grass planted next to the deck were not disturbed. They even put waterproofing material on the ground under the deck and made sure there was proper drainage. It looks fantastic. They do quality work. Overall, we are extremely pleased with our new deck."

"Dave Hartman and his team did so much more than a Fireplace Mantel Installation but I had to pick just one category of work done for this review. A couple of years ago, we had a General Contractor began the process of building my wife and I a new home in West Knoxville and when our home was approx. 75% completed, our contractor left; no warning.. just abandoned us and our new home build project. Thankfully (so very thankfully) we found Hartman Construction a week laterâ ¦. and they saved usâ ¦ and our homeâ ¦ finishing many-many areas that we undone, working so hard to get us our Certification of Occupancy. We moved in shortly thereafter and/then weeks following, Dave continued to assist us in getting our home in order as my wife and I look back, we now see what a blessing it was to have found Hartman Construction, and we cannot say enough about Dave and his team. "K&M remodeling came out within one day to help me with a stuck dryer vent brush. The vent has multiple turns and K&M did a very thorough job getting the brush out, cleaning out the vent, and clean up the lint at the end of the job. I would recommend them and would hire again."
