"We had previously worked with another contractor to complete an addition to our house, and poor craftsmanship from that initial remodel led to the need to have several rooms renovated for a second time. Derrick was able to begin work promptly and did a complete remodel of our livingroom, bedroom, deck and basement, including installation of new windows, lighting, ceilings, walls, paint, flooring, electrical, insulation, a new custom trex deck, and numerous other details. The main takeaway for me is that it's important to get a quality builder for all of your projects. Contrasting Derrick's work with the work that was done by the previous contractor really made the differences stand out. For example, in the painting that was done by the prior contractor, if you catch it in the right light, you can see that there are patches of lighter and darker areas. In the rooms that Derrick remodeled, we have had guests comment on how nice the paint looks (and these are not people that had seen the prior condition, they were literally amazed by the paint in the room after seeing it for the first time). It's just the small things that stand out. I would definitely hire this company for all future remodels that they do and have will recommend them to neighbors and friends doing rebuilds and remodels."

"We are very satisfied with this company! They were able to squeeze us in for a bathroom remodel about a month before they originally estimated. They finished the work in three days. Our home has a 1950s bathroom that had ugly pink floor tile and burgundy wall tile that covered most of the bathroom. They removed all of it and installed a new tub with stone walls, new flooring, and drywall on the other walls. They do not mud and tape drywall, so we had to do that on our own once they finished.
