"Scott came into a difficult situation with my house and trying to repair the hole where the squirrels were coming in. But he and his partner were persistent in finding a solution. This entailed him running to the store a few different times and making sure that this huge area was sealed off. He went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it greatly.
