His pricing was very reasonable and the job was done within the discussed timeline. Kevin and his crew installed new drywall for my 400 square foot family room walls and ceiling (to cover a horrible texture), sanded, mudded, primed, painted, and installed trim. He worked around my timing for electrical and tile work to be done as well and came back after the carpeting was installed to put the baseboard trim. "We are very satisfied with this company! They were able to squeeze us in for a bathroom remodel about a month before they originally estimated. They finished the work in three days. Our home has a 1950s bathroom that had ugly pink floor tile and burgundy wall tile that covered most of the bathroom. They removed all of it and installed a new tub with stone walls, new flooring, and drywall on the other walls. They do not mud and tape drywall, so we had to do that on our own once they finished. "I hired MAC Landscaping & Design in May 2020 to install a French Drain and subsequent regrading for the backyard. My neighbor told me this would be a waste of money as â environmental engineers,â â city officials,â and â multiple companiesâ she contacted said the pooling of water couldnâ t be fixed. Mike came to my home, took detailed measurements, and told me (with confidence) he could give me a dry backyard. One year later, after the snow came and melted, after downpours and freezing temps, I saw the proof that his design worked, and now I watch my neighbors deal with stagnant water while I enjoy a beautiful, healthy lawn. But my main reason for writing this review (as I typically do not) is for the back patio Mike installed off my kitchen. During Mikeâ s initial visit for the French Drain, I had inquired about wood or vinyl decking and what he would charge to install one. I had received quotes for both materials from several companies and wanted to see how Mikeâ s would compare. Mike explained why he wouldnâ t recommend this for my yard (issues related to moisture) and suggested a raised paver patio instead. Within a week, I was sent a 3D design detailing the layout and explaining the costs. Not only was his design esthetically pleasing, but it also cost less than the wood or vinyl decking. I agreed and have never been happier with the results of a home project. This patio and backyard have been a lifesaver for me! I saw how Mike and his crew worked; they were on time, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable! Being so please with the backyard, I ended up having the front of my home redone. Mike installed a beautiful walkway and large front porch (to match the back) and planted shrubs, flowers, put down mulch, and lighting.
