Retractable Pergolas, Louvered Roofs, Awnings
"We had an outstanding experience with Marygrove Awnings, and a big reason for that was our sales guide, Jason. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to work with. The pricing was straightforward with no surprises, and communication throughout the entire process was excellent. What really stood out was Jason’s responsiveness. He promptly returned phone calls/text messages and continued to provide great customer service even after the sale was completed. That level of follow-through is rare today and very much appreciated. I was so impressed with the experience that I referred my mother-in-law, and Jason provided her with the same exceptional service and attention. I highly recommend Marygrove Awnings and especially Jason to anyone considering an awning project. As a licensed professional Realtor, I’ll absolutely be recommending them to my friends, family, and real estate clients moving forward."

"We hired Steve to paint our living room, dining room, hallway, kitchen, and landing. He showed up on time on the date scheduled, and every day thereafter. The quality of his work was excellent. He was very conscientious and professional. Price was quite reasonable for the amount of work done. He is detail-oriented. We will definitely use Steve for any future painting projects."

"We contracted with Fun Space for an operable Pergola, Spa, and for them to coordinate the the installation of an aggregate patio with a sub-contractor. From the day we sat down with the salesmen, to the design phase, and then to the final product, the experience can be described as Fantastic!!!!!!!!. The pricing was fair, the promises kept, the time frames met, and the final product beyond our expectations. Concerns were addressed, calls quickly returned, and all of the staff from Ryan, to Jennifer, Christine, Jeff and the installation crews were professionals. If you want a professional and quality product, these are the guys. Keith and Nancy Stanton, Macomb, MI"

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
