Rich Madura helped me design my basement plan and it was well thought out and executed. The quality of the work was exceptional, and it came right on budget. This was a complex project that was a design of over 3,000 sq ft - 3 bedrooms 1 & 1/2 bathrooms, fitness room, game area, and full bar / kitchen.

Highly recommend Rich Madura and his team! High-end 1250sf basement addition started in July 2024 and completed 1st week of November, took 4mo, just as promised. Very good communicator through-out the process and he even provided material samples for flooring, countertop and tiles to help with the finish work.

Fantastic high-end and quick basement remodel. 1250sf added to the house in total, took 4mo to complete from initial meeting in mid-July to finished product 1st week of November 2024. Very happy with the result and strong communication. Rich helped pick out finishes for the home and presented color/material options as well.

Can't recommend Rich highly enough. We hired him to finish out basement. bathroom, bedroom, living area. We were very novice in our knowledge of the process and Rich was very helpful throughout every step. He walked us through the space. Gave us suggestions when we asked, but also made it work when we wanted something done a certain way. He was responsive to every question we had. He made sure all of his people got the work done efficiently and, most importantly, stayed out of the way as I work from home. From a cost perspective, he made the project fit within our overall budget. He broke down what costs what, when and how much each payment would be, and there were zero additional costs at the end. If we ever move or need anything else done, Rich will absolutely be my one and only call.

We had a good experience using Madura Development Group to finish our basement. Rich, the project manager was very detail oriented and professional. He provided us with a very professional detailed quote for the job that included all products/services description for each item. He also provided great suggestions/ideas that we wouldnâ t otherwise thought of. The subcontractors Madura Group used for the job were very professional and did amazing high quality job. We had no issues with any of them. Richâ s project assistant, Ray was also friendly and professional. He was a hard working young man and very pleasant to work with. We enjoyed working with Ray. Our project completed just right on time, eight weeks and the finished product looks amazing. We love our finished basement. We do recommend Madura Development Group.

We had a fantastic experience with Madura group. Not only was working with Rich a good experience, his sub contractors used were professional and did quality work. We experienced consistent communication throughout the project. He personalizes his recommendations predicated on needs, preferences, practicality and shared insights which proved to be very helpful along the way. His professional approach and willingness to listen and come up with a viable solution was refreshing. We would highly recommend Rich Madura, he brought our vision to life.

When our basement remodel started, Rich was very professional and provided pictures and referrals from past jobs. He said our small project would take about 2 months and provided a timeline to begin on May 10, 2021 and finish on July 19th, 2021. The work began but weeks would go by with no progress and no communication. While we were not in a hurry - we did want the job done by the end of summer. As things dragged on, and the work was not getting done we tried to get things going. I feel then we were rushed through the process and the work was unacceptable. There were so many things wrong. When pointed out to Rich he made excuses and was extremely rude to the point of name calling. For example- the concrete floors were extremely uneven yet he went ahead and approved the carpet being laid. Even though he later admitted the carpet guy had brought the uneven floors to his attention. The painters, on their second time there, said that Rich is the only contractor that waits months to have them come back to touch up. It had been so long, he said, he had to go back and check his notes to remember what paint they had used. He also commented on the uneven mitering of the baseboards and frankly called the job a complete mess. By now we are in the middle of December and implored Rich to get done before Christmas - he agreed to be done by the 21st, which he was. But the workmanship definitely reflected the lack of attention paid to this project. I certainly would say buyer beware if signing on with this company.
