I read this company reviews before doing business with them and about 20% were quite negative. I discussed this with the sales rep and he guaranteed that he would follow through on the project to completion. I had a projected the start date but was notified a month and 1/2 early with 2 days notice that they would start, which left me having to do demolition work on my deck in 2 days. They still did not start the job until a week and 1/2 after that, so there was a fair amount of disorganization to start with. As soon as the 2 men crew started the 3rd wall, I could see they had problems. It did not fit so they moved it in 4 inches, disregarding the deck posts that were the support, & tried to put the door on the opposite side of where the stairs were to make it fit. I tried contacting the company to let them know the problem but they had the crew finish & leave the wall very crooked, without a sealing/latching door & window, and caulked it all in and left. 2 weeks of trying to contact the project manager and only got a response when they realized I still owed them money. They came back a month later to try and fix the wall and remedied some of the issues but left me with a sliding glass door and window that won t seal when shut so that I am getting wildlife, insects, humidity and noise in my enclosure. The screen on that side is also faulty. Again, I cannot get any response from the company to address it and weather is getting cold here. They have beautiful glossy advertising and a website, but I would not touch this company with a 50 foot poll. If you have any issues with them, particularly once you have paid, you will never hear back. They wash their hands of you and figure customers will just get tired of trying and trying to get the problems fixed and give up. That is the type of reviews I read before I did business with them and I should have listened. I am currently trying to go through the Better Business Bureau just to get the $20,000 10x16 and 34; project finished.
