    Re-Bath remodeled our EnSuite bathroom. They did a fantastic job! Our design consultants were fantastic to work with, and we absolutely loved working with their installation crew. We can't wait to have them take care of our other two bathroom projects.

    I had a complete bathroom remodel with Rebath. I converted my tub to a beautiful walk in shower with a seat, grab bars and a dual shower head. The crew was professional and they finished my bathroom in 5 days and left my space clean. I strongly recommend Rebath! Mary

    The first meeting was canceled because the representative had to reschedule. I should ve known then this was not the right choice. After I paid half of the cost of the remodel Kebrea(not sure how to spell her name)attitude turned for the worst! I called and emailed the company. Brandon York contacted me. Made a lot of excuses for her behavior but assured me going forward things would be better. The Google reviews for the company were great and I really needed the work done. Didn t found out until after I signed the contract and paid half that the company does no painting. Wasn t too happy about that. I felt that should ve been made clear during the process of planning my project. I was told it would take 8 to 10 weeks for the materials to be delivered. After that I would be placed on the installation schedule. 8 weeks after the final measurements Kebrea contacted me by TEXT and sent images of 3 vanities. I was told to pick one and hurry because what I previously selected was discontinued. I did and inquired how much before the work starts . This was 4/21/2025. She explained the waiting process and told me once everything was in I would be contacted and placed on the installation schedule. May 21,2025 Brandon York contacted me. Told me my items were in and needed to know what date was good for me to start the installation. I work overnight so when I woke up I immediately contacted him gave him the date ( the week of June 1). He texted me back told me that was perfect. I took vacation based on the facts he gave me. Everything wasn t in. The last item wainscoting wasn t in but the installer told me it should be by Friday which was part of the 5 days I was told the job would take. Well it came Friday but it was damaged and I would have to wait another 12 days before it would be replaced. The toilet couldn t be placed until then In fairness Brandon offered to have the installer install my toilet but I told him if the wainscoting was needed beforehand to install why would I want them to do that? I wanted my job done right so I told him I could wait. I asked Brandon what was he prepared to do to make this situation better. I explained I wasn t happy at all. I told him I took vacation for the week because I was told everything was in. Now I was going to have to figure out something in the future to get the job completed. Brandon started whining about how he couldn t control the materials being shipped and that I didn t need to take vacation. It wasn t until I explained don t worry about it I ll just make sure your lack of honesty and customer service would reflect in google review! Only then did he sound almost apologetic about not giving me the correct information about all the materials not being in at the start of installation. On 6/16/2025 Brandon called and told me the wainscoting was in and when would be a convenient time to come. I inquired how long would it take. He told me a half a day! That was the final straw in my mind! I told him tomorrow and inquired about the time. He said 8:30 to 9:00am. They were on time completed the job but it only took about 2hours. I was so glad I didn t take vacation. I guess he overestimated the amount of time to be safe but with my overall experience with him it just sounds like more dishonesty.

    We would not recommend anyone work with Kansas City Bath Remodelers (DBA Re-bath) after our horrible experience. Poor communication, poor business practices, and honestly our experience feels scammy looking back on it. I am leaving this review because I want to warn other consumers about the negative experience you are in for if you sign a contract with Kansas City Bath Remodelers (DBA Re-bath). Re-bath was great when we were potential customers. However, after we signed the contract, things took a turn for the worst. Re-bath came to our home on two different occasions to take measurements and bid the job. We hired them to remodel one full bath and turn a half bath into a full. We signed the contract, and the work was scheduled to be done a month and a half later. About 3 weeks before Re-bath work was to start, I began reaching out to them for specific details so I could plan logistics on my side of things with our electrician, taking time off work to be there for the remodel, and ensuring the supplies we were responsible for providing could be acquired in time. I contacted re-bath 11 different times. 8 of those times, no one answered my texts or phone calls. 2 of those times I was told someone would call me back. No one ever did. One time I did connect with Brandon, the general manager, shortly before our work was to begin. He assured me things were on track and said he would call me back. He never did. The following week, when I had not heard anything from Re-Bath, I had my husband call them. And would not you know, he was successful in actually talking to a real human on the phone. There is no good reason why the team at re-bath would ghost me, yet speak with my husband. It is sexist and discriminatory. They told my husband they could no longer do the job and had already mailed us the refund check. This means Re-Bath mailed out the refund check just 3 business days after assuring me the job was on track to begin. It is disappointing we only found this out by consistently pestering their phones. We would have never consented to a refund check of that amount being mailed to us, but Re-Bath never took action to communicate the cancellation or refund process to us before taking any action. The general manager still will not give me a call. Though he has responded to some of my text messages. He has refused to cancel the check he claims he mailed, and refuses to write us a refund check which we could collect in person, until 10 business days has passed. Re-bath has stolen months of our time, and now we cannot move forward with other contractors because Re-Bath is still holding our refund hostage. This ten day period has no merit and is unethical. Because of their lack of communication and blatant attempts to ghost me, we cannot trust them and worry the refund check was never sent. We worry we will have to take legal action against re-bath to get any or all of our money back. How a company treats customers amidst the cancellation of a job says much more about their credibility and reputation than how they treat customers during a sales pitch. I hope they take this feedback to heart and do all they can to make this right.
