After getting quotes from several other contractors we were lucky enough to hear from Steve at Accent Remodeling and he came out to look at our job and give us a quote. Our job was a main level remodel including opening up the kitchen and living room in a split level. Every other contractor looked at our job and what we wanted and was either way over budget or couldn't do what we wanted. When Steve came back with his bid, he had come up with a whole new floor plan that allowed us to save $5,000 on moving the electrical stack, flip the kitchen and move the French doors to put in a bigger window. After we were able to wrap our heads around this brilliant solution to a big problem and he was able to do this within our budget, we were all in with Accent Remodeling and Renovations. On top of the excellent work, we couldn't have hand picked 4 nicer guys. We intentionally wanted a smaller company where the owner was also involved in the day to day operations. Steve, his son Jason, Bob and Sean are all so great to deal with. Friendly, skilled, open to ideas and great to work with. Bob and Sean do amazing drywall and texturing work!! We are so happy with the finished product and it took months for us to get used to this actually being our house now. Due to some unforeseen changes, some changes that we knew were possible and some additions that we made to the plan, we came in about 12% over budget. It was worth every penny and we were kept informed of these changes as the project progressed. We have recommended Accent Remodeling to friends and family and they have been just as pleased. When we are ready for the next phase of remodel, we will definitely be calling Steve at Accent Remodeling and Renovations, LLC.

Steve is a professional and does quality work. He also remodeled our Kitchen and it was everthing we expected it to be! Great Guy, Great Team!

Steve Ledman and his son, of Accent did an absolutely fantastic job on replacing my decks. It was a big project. My decks run across the entire length of my home. The tear down of old decks was efficient and did not do any harm to my home. The materials for the new deck were individually inspected before installation and those not meeting their high standards were not used. The entire deck was put together using screws, unlike the deck that was replaced. My deck also included a customized storage area that Steve worked with a third party to install. Everything came out absolutely first class. This new deck definitely increases the value of my home. Friends that I have had at my home have marveled at the decks' beauty and appearance. I would highly recommend Steve for any project he feels confident in doing. Additionally, Steve has a great sense of humor and was a pleasure to do business with.
