"WOW! From my very first phone conversation with Jordan I knew this would be the company we would be hiring. OBS was our third estimate out of 3. Jordan explained in detail everything that needed to be done in waterproofing the basement at my parents home in Ohio. I had just returned home to Arizona, after moving my parents to a retirement home and selling their house, in contract. The buyers backed out after inspection revealed past water issues in the basement. Jordon was always quick to return my texts or calls. He never made me feel stupid. Eased all stress I had. We have hired Drew to do a variety of jobs, large and small, inside and outside, over a period of almost ten years, and he does not disappoint. He has done plumbing and electrical work, painting, patio-screen and wooden frame replacement, deck-staining, installation of fixtures, fans and outdoor railings, construction of a very large closet, and various types of repair work around our home, e.g. plaster, house wooden trim, doors, chairs, tables, etc. We appreciate not only his skill level and breadth of knowledge, but that he is professional, respectful, prompt, a really good communicator and honest, i.e. has qualities and character that are not easy to find these days, but are very important to us.
