My husband and I hired this company to reconstruct our front porch and they did an excellent job. We couldn’t be happier with the results. It totally changed the appearance of our curb appeal. John the owner is very professional, nice and pays attention to detail and if I had any concerns or questions he responded quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend this company and we will continue to recommend to our friends and family. We will hire them back with future projects with zero hesitation.

Customer service was very good. John always followed up when I called and corrected work that wasn?t done properly. I was not pleased with the quality of work that was done. Only 2 small rails on 2 decks. One rail was misaligned, rails rattled on another section, holes made because they measured wrong, also first rail up was a fence rail not deck rail. Fortunately I checked before any more installed. (Wrong railing delivered and was stacked on side house for 3weeks. They did not clean up mess from demolition and garbage from workers for 3 weeks. My HOA expressed concern and then it was cleaned up. After having issues I didn?t have them install deck screen as planned. Recently found out that rails they installed too close to edge of deck which makes it impossible to install screen unless rails are moved in. I asked several times about how they would install screens and never got an answer except ?they?re working on it!?? Also price was raised in middle of the months work.

We are so happy that we hired A+P Constructify to remodel my mother-in-law’s kitchen. John was very easy to work with and he did a great job coordinating all of the different trades to get a quality job done very quickly. When other contractors said that they couldn’t do it within our budget, he said yes. They were able to tear down the old soffits, and the new cabinets go to the ceiling beautifully finished with crown molding. His team showed up on time and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. The kitchen was ripped out and replaced in a month! The only thing they do not offer is kitchen design. If you know what you want done, I highly recommend this contractor for any remodel job you have. We will definitely be using them again.

A+P came and made an estimate I was pleased with. Once we established that the timing and craftsmanship was top tier. Me and the wife are loving having our space fixed and back to how we wanted it to be. I would totally recommend his services again and will be using him in the near future.
