"Submitted request for exterior painting quote; received an immediate response & prompt visit to get two quotes. I was contemplating painting trim ONLY and our entire brick home. OSS's professionalism gave me much needed assurance they would do a great job. That confidence was extremely important because my husband was unaware that I would be painting our brick house grey - needless to say I was nervous. Husband came home that evening and LOVED IT! Appreciated the ease of communication - they arrived on time, communicated what was to be expected in the process and the follow-up = professional and customer support. I've since got a quote to paint the interior walls and ceiling that I know I will be equally happy with - just waiting for COVID19 to subside so that myself and husband are comfortable with people in our home. "Initially hired Tim's firm to replace deck flooring, rails and stairs. His crew did a good job and we were satisfied. Tim & Amy inspected the work and found some issues that he wasn't satisfied with. He fixed the issues to his satisfaction, which exceeded our expectations, and did so voluntarily at no extra cost. Se were so pleased with Tim's professionalism that we had him do more projects. One crew came to repair drywall and prep several areas for painting. Another crew did the painting of 2 bedrooms, laundry room, basement ceiling, front door and garage. We were having flooring installed by another company at the same time. They found water and termite damage near our front door, and couldn't complete the flooring until it was repaired. I called Tim in a panic and explained the problem. He and Amy came the same day and worked until 9:30 pm to repair the problem so the installers could complete their work on schedule. Tim & Amy also did repairs to a crawl space. Tim & his crews are professional, thorough and efficient. Tim follows up and inspects every project to assure that we are completely satisfied. We have more projects scheduled based on the excellent work done so far. If I could award more than 5 stars, I would."

"The walls had many issues it was painted in a flat off white to hide all the problems.They had to resurface the entire area in the kitchen and other areas then sand to make the walls look normal again before starting to paint. They prepped very well so as not to get paint or dust from sanding on any of your items and took whatever time was needed to complete the project in a beautiful manner and no unexpected fees added after the original quote, They cleaned up everything before they left were very respectful at all times and the areas of the house they painted look great. I'd like to have them back when I can afford to paint the other rooms mostly on the 2nd floor. I would highly recommend them."
