I can’t post my full review as google only allows 4,000 character. Quick overview; Consultant -congrats, your great at your job, you got me. Measuring guy- thanks for being on time and upfront Mo- thanks for never calling HQ- next time listen you your voicemails and take them seriously Kevin- your amazing Lewis- thank you for cleaning up the mess. You’re the only reason we are not currently in court with the company requesting our installation be cancelled. Overall, full process was an emotional roller coaster. We ended up being cornered with a layout we hate, a price that was too much and a lot of regret.

Jim, a master carpenter, arrived at agreed time and was able to repair a damaged kitchen island countertop so it looks great. Also fixed rickety chairs, two drawer slides, loose bathroom tiles and installed several carpet transitions strips. All done in a professional manner. Countertop repair took some real brainstorming and Jim came up with a great fix, avoiding replacement of a top that couldn’t be matched.

Improveit installed a window and now the wall is wet and makes water bubbles and Improveit takes months to respond to leaks which has caused damage to wall structure. They only respond to threats and have came out at least 5 times and still call to make repairs and i dont believe they have the skill necessary to repair or they would have completed it by now. Beware of this company. gutter repair or replacement no roof estimate was given since the roof was fairly new and in good condition. I reluctantly called a roof company to inspect roof and specifically the area above and around the window and again the roof is in good condition. Exhausted dealing with Improveit when they refuse to improve anything and have cau
