Reviews
Write a ReviewIn 2022, we had EMSI build an addition. In Jan we asked our kitchen contractor to check the mudroom flooring because it felt unstable. EMSI had tried to level the mudroom flooring using random pieces of plywood (see attached photos). Even worse is the job they did in our powder room connected to the mudroom. When the team pulled up the mudroom flooring to see the plywood they noticed some mold in powder room. The toilet in the powder room was installed incorrectly, had been leaking into the insulation for the last 2 years, and the insulation was full of mold. All of the mudroom insulation and flooring had to be replaced and the toilet reinstalled. I sent the photos to EMSI. No one responded. The EMSI team's shoddy construction put my kids' health and safety at risk. Worse, they don't seem to care as they have never responded to my emails. Do not work with this team under any circumstances.
Fantastic team of dedicated professionals.
If you are looking for excellent, reliable customer service and good quality work, EMSI Engineering is the company to hire.
They were very patient with us and our project. They delivered a beautiful house when the project was done.
