"From the design to the build to the finishing features and everything in between, URB was excellent. It was their architect that came out and their designer that consulted with us for the plans. Having had an addition built before, I worried about hidden cost, we had a chat about that before hand and I can tell you that I had no surprises in that department. My addition was delayed because of the COVID 19 restrictions but URB kept checking in and kept me abreast of the situation on their end. As soon as everything opened up they were ready to go. This brings me to what really set them apart. Their site manager was amazing. He was professional. He was considerate. His crews were polite, professional and hard working. The wood burner salesman recommended cutting off some of the stonework where the stove would be installed. Steve came up with a much better, shorter and cheaper idea where he came in and just made round holes where the stove legs would be."
